Gerard LoSardo is a Certified Public Accountant and the founder of Gerard LoSardo & Associates, a CPA firm providing high-level tax advisory and compliance services to individuals, executives, and businesses with complex financial needs. Licensed since 2013, Gerard brings over a decade of Big Four experience to his independent practice. Raised in a small town in New York’s Hudson Valley, Gerard grew up alongside his two siblings in a close-knit family environment that emphasized discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. As a senior in high school, he competed in a state championship athletic event—an experience that shaped his competitive mindset and commitment to preparation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance with a minor in English from Hartwick College, graduating in 2010. While at Hartwick, he served as Vice President of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity and was recognized by The Oneonta Daily Star for his quick action in protecting a neighbor’s dog during an attack—an early reflection of his steady decision-making under pressure. Gerard began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in audit before transitioning to KPMG’s tax practice in 2013. Over the next decade, he rose to the role of Senior Manager, advising multinational corporations, executives, and HR departments on global mobility and complex tax structuring strategies.
